11:51 pm	Today So today I had an interview with the Mercer County Park Commission. It sounds like I have a summer job. I would work 35 hours a week as an intern. 830 to 430 with lunch. That means the rest of you need to not get weird hours for your job less ye be beaten. Any how it sounds fun, they have som big projects ahead and I might get to help them out with it. I might also as it sounds have my own phone line, that would be cool. The office is right off of Old Trenton road about 5 minutes from my house just past the main entrance there. So i did get my kayak this past tuesday, oh so nice. All beautiful and orange. I am excited about getting it back here I want to go paddling on mercer lake. Any one interested in paddling at all let me know I know the there are boat rentals we could make a day out of it. So I'm here untill sunday about mid-day. Anyhow it's kinda boring here with nothing to do. I had my one final on thursday it took me less than 15 minutes to complete the 60 questions. And I have one on tuesday. I have an average of 80 in that class so I might need to study a lot so that I can get a B in the class, that would be sweet cause I hated that class. I hope to finalize who wants to go backpacking and when so that I can figure out a date and tell every one when.Hopefully My new backpack will be in by then. Also this coming fall during our fall break, I will be co-leading a kayaking trip. Thats biiig stuff since kayaking have the biggest probability of shit going wrong in terms of the trips we run at outdoor adventures. I hope to lead the other sea kayaking trip if we have it, there may only be 1 in which case I need to go backpacking. oh just so you know a friend of my i met at UNCG that lives in VA said she might be interested in going backpacking with us, figured I run by you but figured you'd have no problem as long as our group size doesn't get too big I say 6 max butit really doesn't matter. In other news, I was at a party on tuesday night, and some tells me that if im interested that thier friend was interested in me and wanted to know if i was interested, the one stipulation was I had to be a christian boy, I thus had to decline. really I don't think she was interested in an non christian boy and was only interested in me if i was, that was a bummer. BUT. In then found out later that night that there was some else with their eye on me, (why is there always none or more than one its not fair to have to pick, why can't I have them all, lol) Any how we talked a bit and after I drove the intoxicated ones home we talked some more. Any how, sucks that it happens to be right at the end of the semester and she lives in NC. I will get to see her for a few days before i go to california and then when I get back and then stay with her in NC before school starts when I'm in limbo between staff training and moving into my house. Thus all is good. Not sure if it will develope but it's cool either way.last night i got 5 hours of sleep i went to be at 2 after driving for 9 hours then putzing around for an hour and a half cause i got up at 7 and put bradley on the bus, then showered and then picked up egg salad from village school and took it over to millstone, formerly U.E.S., then unpacked my car then went to my interview then I put my roof rack on my car so it was a long day and i'm still up writing this at 1210 am I am going to die tomarrow. 5:01 pm	My kayak I'm getting a Kayak on tuesday. It's a Wilderness Systems Tepest 170 rotomolded touring kayak that is orange. I am so excited. I have a paddle and PFD so now the only thing really missing is the spray skirt. I want to get the WS gripper. but i probably wait to get it this summer cause I can get it at half price. So now every one knows that I like Sea Kayaking, but just recently I have a new found liking of white water kayaking as well. I paddled the Natahala River in NC a few weekends ago in a Wave Sport EZ. I really want to get better at it and paddle more often. I don't have a boat or anything really other than a PFD and dry top so I use the Outdoor Advetures stuff. I think that I want a paddle though. (i have found I randomly capitolize random words) It would cost me I think 20% off of 160 or 180 im not sure the exact amount. But then maybe get a boat my senior year. I like the EZ a lot, has harsh edges so it makes it fun to play in. I also like the look of the wave sport Zero G and the Diesel. check them out here, www.wavesport.com. Oh I am also getting a new Backpacking backpack. I know it seems I and getting al sorts of new stuff but i am. I don't party I don't buy clothes, I don't spend my money on stupid things I just get cool gear so I can do cool things. Oh but I wouldn't have gotten a sea kayak if I hadn't been a model for confluence. (details apon request) Any how the back pack I'm getting is a Mystery Ranch G-5000. It has the most comfortable hip belt and suspenstion system ever. you can check it out here at www.mysteryranch.com . just though I ought to share with you all what I do while i'm down here in north carolina. I also play a lot of games, mostly just Day of Defeat a Half Life mod. It's great I love playing as an american and I use mostly the gereand carbine BAR MG and tompson. so all but sniper and grease gun . Lets see what other things do I do down here. not so much I can't really think of anything. It's raining outside, that's good so it can wash the tree sperm off my car. It was so incredibly bad, i had so much it would kick up a cloud when i used the windshield wipers. stupid tree's having sex. oh i got my play list up a little bit it's now 129 songs long that's 8 hours and 10 minutes of play. not too bad. So I realize that this is very much like the randomness I used to write back in high school. wow. don't expect much of this I just felt ambious (not the right spelling) oh it just thundered, w00t. I cleaned my desk today got some stuff ready to go back home. I need to clean my floor and uder the bed that's a pile or chaos. I found my watch on friday that I had lost for a few weeks. turns out it was is the side pocket in my backpack. no wonder I couldn't pin point it's location every hour. I like walking around in a towel after a shower, it gives me the fealing of freedom kinda like in braveheart. I watched all the new south park episodes last night on Comedy central followed by the south park movie. I love that show so great. the AWSOM-O episode was great. I am currently procrastinating the finishing of my 8 page forest fire paper. I don't want to have to work on it, the last few pages are going to be like pulling teeth. but I look forward to doing all sorts of stuff this summer like backpacking paddling, maybe some road trips paintballing. you know the works. let me know if you want to do any of those. ok bye (3 Comments |Comment on this)
